This month, the employee of the month is Carolina Manchón, a call centre agent tells us what she values most about travelling.

For me, travelling means finding out more about the people in the countries I visit and how their value and principles shape their culture. So when I went to Cuba, I had the opportunity to discover how people are educated to survive in their own country and how their customs and values are completely different from our own . My experience put a whole new perspective on my place in the world, and made me re-evaluate the way I lead my own life.

Travelling internationally has helped determine the kind of person I am today. I invite others to get out of their comfort zones, and explore a culture for their own – the experience can be truly eye-opening.
